We can then proceed with the application immediately without waiting for the postal version to arrive.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Once the form is returned to us this will be checked and verified for credit purposes. (Don’t worry if you have a poor credit rating we will do our best to help you through this procedure).

Once the credit check has been approved we will need you to complete a signed order form and return this together with a copy of your driving license and a utility bill that is less than 3 months old. We cannot accept mobile phone or credit card bills. Once this is returned and received by us, we will telephone you to obtain the £200 holding deposit to secure the vehicle.

The vehicle will then be ordered and we will arrange for the dual controls to be fitted by ourselves. We will contact you once we have a confirmed delivery date and registration number to enable you to arrange your insurance cover. At this time, we will send you a Long Term Hire Agreement and Direct Debit mandate form for you to complete, sign and return together with an insurance cover note. We do not include insurance in our price but we could arrange your insurance through our trading partner, BAS Insurance Services.

Approximately 2 days before your vehicle is delivered, we will contact you for a one off security payment against return damage of £150 , which will be refunded at the end of the contract, together with £80 plus vat documentation fee and the 1st month hire payment, less the £200 holding deposit paid earlier.

Your car will be delivered and collected from anywhere in the UK free of charge. Normal collection charge by a number of companies is £80.
